A: Qaerospace Corporation was established in 2010 to provide technical consulting services to various companies that provide special processes to the aerospace industry.

A: A special process is any production or service process which generates products or services which cannot be measured, monitored, or verified prior to delivery and use.
Please note that we do not provide any special processing - we provide technical support to our customers that are special processing providers.

A: Yes, we support our customers in NDT Level 3 technical services in:
Fluorescent Penetrant Testing
Magnetic Particle Testing
Hardness and Conductivity Testing of metals

A: Yes, we assist our customers in conducting gap analysis and development of AS9100 quality management system procedures and processes in special processing environment.
We can help you in setting up the AS9100D or AC7004 Quality Management System, conduct internal audits for your support, conduct gap analysis of your existing system, prepare you for your System audits.

A: Nadcap is an industry-managed approach to conformity assessment of special processes that brings together technical experts from prime contractors, suppliers and representatives from government to work together and establish requirements for approval of suppliers using a standardized approach. Unlike traditional third-party programs, Nadcap approval is granted based upon industry consensus.

A: Nadcap is an industry-managed approach to conformity assessment, brings together technical experts from both Industry and Government to establish requirements for accreditation, accredit Suppliers, and define operational program requirements.
